HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - When Marshall University’s soccer team won the national championship last May in Cary, North Carolina, over Indiana, some of the coaches and players became household names.
Head Coach Chris Grassie earned a new contract by bringing home the trophy, senior Jamil Roberts is off to play professional soccer, and the rest of the team looks to be intact for another run next year.
One of the names you may not know who played an integral role is Kyle Sniatecki. He’s a volunteer assistant for Marshall and is this week’s Hometown Hero.
