HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Jack Adkins, our latest Hometown Hero, is a busy man these days.
Jack is a 20-year old who has joined his Mom in a new family business venture.
Melanie Adkins-Shafer wanted to give her son something else to do once his high school days are over. Now Jack is her right hand man in their “Jack & the Bean” coffee business.
