HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -

June is National Men’s Health Month.

This month is about encouraging men to improve their overall general wellness through exercise, healthy diet, as well as making and keeping regular appointments with their doctors.

Men’s Health Month serves to heighten the awareness of preventable health problems and encourage early detection and treatment of diseases including cancer, heart disease, and depression. 

Coach Chris shares his tips on how all men can regain their health and overall quality of life.
