Lanes blocked following crash on I-64

KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Westbound lanes of I-64 are blocked by emergency officials on scene of a crash.
The accident happened near the Institute exit or mile marker 50 on Wednesday afternoon.
No word if anyone was injured.
