Barboursville Police investigating vehicle break-ins

BARBOURSVILLE, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Barboursville Police need your help finding two people who have been breaking into vehicles.
Police said Wednesday that the pair even stole tools from “a hard-working contractor.”
Officers said one of the suspects was wearing a DEWALT hoodie.
