West Virginia Energy Summit

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey today announced that more than $4 billion in energy investments and 4,200 new jobs have been secured in West Virginia in the past month.
At today’s Energy Summit in Charleston, Governor Morrisey says that West Virginia is asserting itself as a dominant force in American energy.
He says the state is powering the future of manufacturing, data, and innovation.
The announcement includes multiple power plants and coal plant extensions throughout northern West Virginia.
