Susan Nicholas co-anchors First Look at Four.

Susan anchors First Look at Four alongside Tim Irr and together they bring the type of experience you expect from WSAZ Television. Susan has been in broadcasting for more than 30 years, with a front row seat to many of the major stories of the past three decades. Susan enjoys the format of First Look at Four because it allows for time to interview the interesting people that make our region such a great place to live.

Susan grew up watching WSAZ. She's from Milton, West Virginia and is a graduate of Marshall University. It was during college that Susan began her career at various radio stations and as a weekend reporter for WSAZ.

Susan is married to former WSAZ reporter Doug Korstanje. They met while covering a Huntington City Council meeting. How romantic! You can catch a glimpse of both of them in the movie, "The Mothman Prophecies."

When Susan isn't working at WSAZ she's busy being Mom to two girls and a dog named Bumper. Susan loves to write and read. She also volunteers at the Huntington Museum of Art in the conservatory and she’s one of the many boosters supporting the Huntington High Marching Highlanders.
