Jay Melvin is the chief video journalist and a drone pilot at WSAZ Huntington.

My career started at WOWK in December of 1997.

I've been at WSAZ since September 2006.

I became Chief Photographer in 2008.

I married my beautiful, smart and very talented wife in 1999. Together we have 3 of the greatest kiddos in the world.

I thank God every day for the blessings he has given me.
