Chaelesse Delpleche is a multimedia journalist at WSAZ.

Chaelesse Savannah Delpleche started at WSAZ in October of 2019.

She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in multimedia journalism.

Chaelesse is originally from Brockton, Massachusetts and moved to the metro Atlanta area when she was in the first grade. She speaks criolu, a language native to the islands of Cape Verde, and a little Spanish.

Before moving to Charleston, West Virginia, Chaelesse was an intern at WTOC in Savannah, Georgia. Chaelesse was also the main anchor for her Georgia Southern station Eagle news.
