HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The old timers will tell you the great flood of 1937 on the mighty Ohio River brought life to a standstill. From Pittsburgh to Cairo, Illinois (source to mouth) the story was the same; namely, widespread death and destruction.
