GREENUP, Ky. (WSAZ) -- Greenup County 911 is reporting that one lane of State Rte. 7 is back open following this deadly accident.
GREENUP, Ky. (WSAZ) -- Greenup County Sheriff Keith Cooper confirms an accident on Route 7 has ended with a fatality.
According to Sheriff Cooper a man was driving a loaded dump truck and when he lost control of the vehicle.
The Sheriff says that the accident is still under investigation.
According to dispatchers the truck caught fire when it crashed.
The accident happened near Patton Loop which is just past Leatherwood Road around 2:45 Monday afternoon.

Dispatchers tell WSAZ that the truck caught fire and it was the only vehicle involved in the accident. The accident happened around 2:45 p.m..
