3 dead, 2 hurt in crash on U.S. 33 in Meigs County; names released

Names have been released in a deadly crash that claimed three people's lives Thursday morning on U.S. 33.
Brooks Boulware, 80, of Clemmons, N.C., was driving a 2018 Toyota Rav4 that went left of the center line and struck a tractor-trailer head-on, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. The Toyota was headed west, and the semi was headed east.
Three passengers in the Toyota died: Maxine Boulware, 78, William Brame, 73, and Dorothy Brame, 66, all of Clemmons.
Brooks Boulware suffered incapacitating injuries and was flown to Cabell Huntington Hospital.
The driver of the semi, a 35-year-old man from Hesperia, Calif., suffered minor injuries.
The crash happened just before 11 a.m. between state Route 124 and the Ravenswood Bridge (near mile-marker 29). The roadway remains closed in that area.
Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers have released more information about a deadly accident in Meigs County.
