UPDATE | AMBER Alert canceled in Ky.; teen found safe

ORANGE BEACH, Ala. (WKYT) -- Lauryn Sizemore, 16, of Dawson Springs, Ky., and her step-grandfather Glenn Harper were found in Orange Beach, Alabama, Gray affiliate WKYT reports.

Sizemore was last seen in her bedroom late Friday night into Saturday morning. She was noticed missing around 9:30 a.m. Saturday.

The AMBER Alert was issued Tuesday morning.

Orange Beach police found the two. Officers say Harper has been detained.

It's not clear if he's facing any charges.

An AMBER Alert has been issued for all of Kentucky.

Lauryn Sizemore, 16, was last seen Saturday at midnight in her room in Dawson Springs, Kentucky, about 160 miles southwest of Louisville.

At 9:30 Saturday morning, Sizemore was noticed to be missing.

Sizemore is believed to be with her step-grandfather, Glenn Eugene Harper, who is 56 years old. He is driving a 2004 maroon Hyundai Sonata, with Kentucky temporary tag 9555994.

Sizemore is 4'8, 130 lbs. with brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray hoodie with black strings, and she has a lazy eye.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Lauryn Sizemore or Glenn Harper should call 911.
