UPDATE: One lane of busy road back open after crash

KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- UPDATE 2/13/19 @ 1:07 p.m.
One lane of Lens Creek Road is back open after a crash in the 3700 block.

A busy road in Kanawha County is closed after a crash Wednesday afternoon.

Lens Creek Road is shut down in the 3700 block according to 911 dispatchers. It happened around 12:15 p.m. Wednesday.

At least one person was in the vehicle that crashed. Dispatchers say the driver's injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.

The vehicle hit a gas line, a Suddenlink pole and an Appalachian Power pole. According to dispatchers, the companies have been notified.

AEP's map does not show any outages resulting from the crash.

The Kanawha County Sheriff's Office, Marmet Volunteer Fire Department, and Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority responded.
