UPDATE: Five injured in two car accident along Frame Road

Five people are injured after a two car accident in the Kanawha County community of Frame.

According to Metro 911 dispatchers the crash happened just before 9:30 p.m. in the 4000 block of Frame Road.

Dispatchers say one of the vehicles involved in the crash went over a hillside.

According to crews on scene, the driver of that vehicle was passing the other vehicle at speeds up to 80 mph before going over the embankment.

The Frame Volunteer Fire Department, Kanawha County Sheriff's Department and Kanahwa County Emergency Ambulance Authority are all on scene.

Injuries are reported at the scene of an accident in the Kanawha County community of Frame.

According to Metro 911 Dispatchers one of the two vehicles involved in the crash went over the hillside. Several people are injured but the extent of those injuries isn't known right now.

The incident happened just before 9:30 p.m..

The Frame Volunteer Fire Department, Kanawha County Sheriff's Department and Kanahwa County Emergency Ambulance Authority are all on scene.
