Chesapeake Mayoral candidate defeats incumbent

There is a new mayor in Chesapeake, Ohio.

A canvass resulted in Kim Oldaker defeating incumbent Mayor Tommy Templeton, 81-78.

The race was tied on election night, 77-77.

The canvass held Saturday morning accounts for any mail-in and provisional ballots.
