Child hospitalized after dog bite to the face

A child is in the hospital after being bitten by a dog on Starling Drive in Rand.
It happened just before 7 p.m. Wednesday, according to Metro 911 dispatchers.
The child was transported to CAMC Women's and Children's Hospital with unknown injuries.
