UPDATE: House fire under investigation in Eastern Kanawha County

UPDATE 1/2/15 @ 10:00 a.m.

KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A house fire is under investigation in eastern Kanawha County.

The fire broke out at a home on Laurel Fork Rd. in Dutch Ridge, near Clendenin just before 2 a.m. Saturday.

Fire crews tell WSAZ the house that burned was a single-wide trailer.

According to crews on scene, there were people who lived in the home but they were not there when the fire broke out.

No one was injured.

A cause of the fire is still undetermined but the State Fire Marshal's Office has been called in to investigate.

Fire crews say the home is a total loss.

KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Fire crews are on the scene of a house fire in Eastern Kanawha County.

911 dispatchers tell WSAZ that the fire broke out just before 2 a.m. Saturday at a home on Laurel Fork Rd. near Clendenin.

According to dispatchers, the home is a single-wide trailer.

Crews say it was completely burnt to the ground by the time they arrived on scene.

There is no word on what caused the fire.

Several departments are still on scene investigating.

The State Fire Marshals Office has also been called in.
