UPDATE | Name released of woman killed in U.S. 52 crash

WAYNE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ)- UPDATE 4/21/19 @ 2:33 p.m.
Investigators released the name of a woman killed in a multiple vehicle crash in the Stepptown community of Wayne County on U.S. 52 Saturday.

State police say a vehicle driven by Jennifer Clark drove into an oncoming lane and struck another vehicle traveling on U.S. 52 Saturday.

Heather Entrikin, a passenger in the car, was pronounced dead on the scene.

Clark was transported to St. Mary's Medical Center in serious condition.

State police say two children who were also in Clark's car when it crashed were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

They say both people in the struck vehicle were also transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Emergency crews say one person is dead after a multiple vehicle crash in the Stepptown community of Wayne County on U.S. 52.

Wayne County dispatchers say two vehicles were involved.

It is unknown if the roadway is shutdown at this point.

The name of the victim has not been released at this time.

Our journalist on scene reports several departments arrived to assist in the crash and traffic was backed up for a portion of Saturday evening.

Other injuries are unknown at this time.
