Government offices, schools closed in Nicholas County because of weather

Government offices in Nicholas County will be closed Monday because of the weather conditions.

The sheriff's office is reporting that the roads are heavily covered in snow and are dangerous.

Crews are asking everyone to stay off the roads unless it is an emergency.

DOH crews are out treating the roadways.

WSAZ Meteoroligsts are saying some areas in the mountains are seeing several inches of snow.

Nicholas County schools are also closed for the day.
