Gravel truck rollover crash shuts down busy road

NICHOLAS COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- One person is hurt after a gravel truck crashed along a busy highway in Nicholas County.

911 dispatchers say U.S. 119 is shut down in both directions near Glen Oaks Road.

A truck carrying gravel crashed and rolled over. Only one person was in the truck, according to dispatchers.

The extent of the person's injuries are unknown right now, but Air Evac Lifeteam flew the driver to a hospital.

Jan-Care Ambulance and the Summersville Fire Department also responded.
