UPDATE: Two men caught on camera charged after stealing diesel fuel

KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Two men are facing misdemeanor charges after they were caught on security camera stealing fuel.

According to the complaint, the incident happened Monday morning in the 1600 block of White Oak Drive in Sissonville.

The victim told deputies he saw the two men through security camera stealing diesel fuel from the bulldozer.

According to the criminal complaint, the man and a family member held the suspects until law enforcement arrived on scene.

According to the criminal complaint, the suspects had taken approximately five gallons of fuel worth about $15.

The two are being held on a $500 bond.

KANAWHA COUNTY., W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Two suspects attempted to break into a home that is under construction along White Oak Drive in Sissionville around 1 Monday morning.

Metro 911 says they received a call that a homeowner caught the suspects inside the vacant house.

The homeowner was robbed previously at this same address.

The owner put up security cameras, and this time the motion detectors caught the suspects in the act.

He held them at gunpoint until Kanawha County Deputies arrived on scene.

The deputies arrested the two suspects.

No injuries were reported.

The names and possible charges are not being released at this time.
