CHARLESTON, W.Va (WSAZ) -- The education reform bill is headed to the House floor.
The House Finance Committee met Tuesday morning at 7.
They passed the House Education Committee Strike and Insert Amendment.
The House Education strike and insert version includes capping charter schools to only two, and it also eliminates education savings accounts.
Once the House passes the bill, it will go back to the Senate.
The Senate can then make more changes to the bill, or reverse changes already made.
