UPDATE: Military members on bus that caught fire; one lane reopens

One lane of I-64 West has reopened just past the Merritt's Creek interchange in Cabell County.
A charter bus carrying military personnel and equipment caught fire.
Everyone was able to get off the bus.
One Barboursville Volunteer Firefighter was taken to the hospital, but BVFD tells WSAZ that firefighter will be ok.
The back of the bus caught fire and spread to the passenger portion. The military personnel were able to get most of their gear off the bus.
They are on their way to Indiana. They are waiting for another bus to pick them up.
The westbound lanes of I-64 are shut down at mile marker 17.
