FAYETTE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- An inmate at the Mount Olive Correctional Facility has plead guilty in the stabbing death of another inmate.
Timothy Parsons plead guilty Thursday to 2nd-degree murder.
According to a release, Parsons used a manufactured knife to stab inmate Eugene Anderson to death.
Parsons was already serving two life sentences without mercy for the murder of his wife and mother-in-law in Boone County in 2012.
Anderson was serving time for child sex and pornography offenses.
According to a release, the motive for the stabbing appeared to be retaliation for long-standing disagreements between the two.
Anderson had allegedly paid another inmate to harm Parsons.
Parsons faces a sentence of 10 to 40 years.
