VINTON COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) – A man from central Ohio was arrested on drug charges after deputies say he was acting suspicious around a home in Vinton County.
John W. Swanson, 26, of Stoutsville, was charged with possession of drugs (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Vinton County Sheriff’s deputies say they found a hypodermic needle in one of Swanson’s pockets. Later they found a substance that tested positive for meth, as well as some marijuana.
Swanson, who was arrested Sunday, was taken to the Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail.
