Man flown to hospital after crash in Boyd County, Ky.

BOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) -- A man was flown to the hospital after he crashed and his car caught fire early Thursday morning.
It happened just before 1 a.m. in the 6600 block of US 60 in Summit, Kentucky.
According to the Boyd County Sheriff's Department, the man was lying beside his vehicle when they arrived on scene.
Crews say the vehicle was engulfed in flames.
According to deputies, the man suffered severe burns to most of his body and was flown to Cabell Huntington Hospital.
There is no word on what caused the man to crash.
His name has not been released.
