WVU has their next head football coach signed, sealed and soon to be delivered. At 10:15 Saturday morning, the official twitter page for WVU football announced that Troy's Neal Brown will be the 35th football coach in school history. There is no question that the Mountaineers are West Virginia's team, and I know our fans are going to love his energy, passion, work ethic and excitement that he is going to bring to our program."

Brown is 38 years old and had a very productive 4 seasons at Troy. His record was 35-16 including winning the last 3 bowl games and upsetting LSU in 2017 and Nebraska in 2018. Troy also won the 2017 Sun Belt Conference and were co-Sun Belt East champs this season.
