Misty M. Pauley, 38, of Milton, died at the scene, West Virginia State Police say.

Two occupants of the third car were not hurt. That vehicle was struck after Pauley's car was hit from the rear.
The accident remains under reconstruction and investigation, troopers say. Charges are possible.
