UPDATE: Authorities looking for man accused of shooting at a deputy

WEBSTER COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Authorities are still looking for a man accused of shooting at a Webster County Deputy during a traffic stop Saturday.
Webster County Emergency Officials have released a sample picture of the make, model and color of the car involved in the shooting.
According to officials, the suspect wanted is driving a light blue Chevy Cavalier with tinted windows and a tinted rear license plate cover.
They says he's a white male, in his mid to late 30s with long, dark shaggy hair and a beard. He was wearing a red flannel hoodie shirt and a ball cap.
According to officials the suspect shot at a deputy during a traffic stop on Meadow Fork Road in the Cowen area around 6:44 p.m. on Saturday.
They say the suspect then drove off and the deputy called the 911 center saying he was in pursuit of the suspect on Board Fork Road headed towards the Tioga strip. The pursuit ended shortly after the deputy said he had been shot at and was checking himself for injuries.
Investigators say the deputy was wearing his vest and said the bullet was stopped. He was transported to an area hospital where he was treated and released.

According to Webster County E-911 the deputy was at a traffic stop on Meadow Fork Road in the Cowen area around 6:44 p.m. Saturday when he called the 911 center saying shots were fired and he was in pursuit on Board Fork Road headed towards the Tioga strip.
They say a few minutes later,the deputy said he had been hit and he was ending the pursuit to check himself for injuries.

Multiple law enforcement agencies were involved from Webster, Nicholas and Braxton Counties.
