KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va, (WSAZ) -- Papa John's International is stepping up to the plate as folks in the Elkview/Clendenin area continue to deal with devastating flooding.

Praveen Srinivasan, the Director of Operation for Papa John's stores in West Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio, has already coordinated to provide dozens of pizzas for first responders throughout this crisis. Now he says the company wants to make sure that people who have no homes, no power, and no electricity have a warm meal.

Srinivasan says Papa Johns will donate 250 pizzas a day from Monday through Thursday. They will be set up at Elkview Middle School in Elkview from 4-6 p.m. with Papa John's mobile gazebo to help keep the food warm.

Srinivasan says that Papa John's is sending massive shipments of products to make sure that those in need are fed.
