HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- To illustrate his feelings on the budget bill, Governor Jim Justice left nothing to the imagination.
Justice unveiled real, authentic cow excrement covering the bill at the capitol Thursday, saying "What we have is a bunch of political bull you-know-what."
We asked people in Huntington to share how they feel in their guts about the unconventional prop.
"He's supposed to be an example," Laura Chapman Adkins said. "Did he really think this through? The rest of the country makes fun of West Virginia as it is, and he's doing something like this that gives them reason to make fun of us."
"I'd rather they get to brass tacks and cut through the bull crap and figure out a budget," Taylor McKnight said.
"It's kind of funny, but mostly embarrassing," Alissa Brown said.
