ASHLAND, Ky. (WSAZ) -- A man is in jail after police say he was at the center of a four-hour stand-off with officers early Saturday.

Ashland Police say William Cooper, 57, from Ashland was charged with burglary and assault after allegedly stabbing a neighbor during an argument.

It happened at an apartment complex on the 1600 block of Beech Street.
