CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- UPDATE 8/14/19 @ 10 p.m.
A man arrested Wednesday at a bus station in Charleston who's considered a person of interest in the murder of two family members in Pennsylvania was arraigned later that night in Kanawha County Magistrate Court.

Jack Elijah Turner, 21, faces the following charges from Pennsylvania: theft by unlawful taking, terroristic threats and robbery.

Turner has not been charged in connection with the Saturday deaths of Shannon Whitman, 49, and her 10-year-old son. The bodies were found at Whitman's home in Crawford County, Pennsylvania.

Our crew at the scene says Turner was uncooperative during the arraignment, acting like he didn't know why he was being arrested and saying he needed his lawyer present.

Charleston Police took Turner into custody at the Greyhound bus station Wednesday.

Turner will remain in custody in the South Central Regional Jail until Pennsylvania authorities pick him up or until 60 days expires. He will be questioned by investigators in Pennsylvania about the deaths of Whitman and her young son.
