CHARLESTON, W. VA. (WSAZ) -- The list of Football Friday Night alumni who have gone all the way to the n-f-l isn't a long one which makes it that more impressive when your name called during the draft.

You can add Ryan Switzer to that list today. The former George Washington and University of North Carolina standout was selected by the Dallas Cowboys Saturday afternoon.

It came during the 4th round and at pick number 133. Switzer had an incredible career in Chapel Hill.

Over his 4 years, he scored 19 touchdowns and had 7 more coming from returning punts.

He was a member of the 2016 first team all ACC as a wide-receiver.

One draft analyst said this: "Switzer has the potential to develop into a productive slot receiver for the cowboys and should make an immediate impact returning punts."
