UPDATE: Traffic moving both directions on Rt. 152 at I-64 interchange after semi crash

Officers are directing traffic, and cars are now moving on Rt. 152 at 5th St. Rd., after a semi crashed early Monday morning into a hillside and caught fire.
Traffic is moving both directions.
The can and the trailer have both been towed away, per our crew on scene.

Rt. 152 North, also known as 5th St. Rd. East, remains closed at the I-64 interchange as crews clean up following a semi that crashed into a hillside and caught fire.
Cabell County 911 says traffic taking the eastbound exit ramp of I-64 can turn toward Wayne County but not Huntington.
The crash happened just before 2 Monday morning.
Huntington Police say the driver of the semi was going east on I-64 and took the 5th St. exit. The driver drove straight through the intersection and crashed into the hillside, catching the cab on fire.

A semi crashed and caught fire after exiting I-64 at 5th St. in Huntington.

The driver and a passenger got out safely. The cab of the semi was destroyed by the fire.
5th St. Rd. is closed in both directions at the I-64 interchange.
