UPDATE 11/21/17 @ 6:10 p.m.

Three men accused in a pursuit and firing at officers were back in court Tuesday, and two of them walked away with fewer charges.

It follows an incident in Pratt last Wednesday that ended in Montgomery.

Armando Castillo, Bryan Cordona and Anthony Francis were all involved.

A judge found probable cause Tuesday to keep Francis' charges at wanton endangerment, attempted murder and fleeing. His bond remains $100,000.

Castillo and Cardona are now only facing a fleeing charge.

Cardona and Francis also are wanted out of Indiana on drug charges.

UPDATE 11/15/17 @ 11:45 p.m.

Three people are facing attempted murder charges after a police chase Wednesday in eastern Kanawha County.

Armando Castillo of Cedar Grove, Bryan Cordona of South Bend, Indiana, and Anthony Francis, who is also believed to be from Indiana, are all charged with attempted murder, wanton endangerment and fleeing after shooting at Pratt Police during a high-speed chase.

The incident started around 4:45 p.m. Wednesday when police attempted to pull over a suspect for speeding. According to police, 10 to 15 shots were fired from the suspects' vehicle at a Pratt Police Officer's cruiser.

Police said they believe two of the suspects were shooting at officers.

The trio lead police on a chase to Montgomery. They were caught when they crashed the car into a hillside.

Police also found marijuana inside of the car.

At the trio's arraignment Thursday night, we learned that Cardona and Francis are also wanted out of Indiana on drug charges.

Two of the suspects have tattoos indicating they are part of the Latin Kings gang.

Bond for all three was set at $100,000 property only.
