Sinkhole closes one lane of KY State Route 3 in Lawrence County

LAWRENCE COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) -- One northbound lane of KY State Route 3 is closed due to a sinkhole.
The sinkhole opened up about a mile north of Clifford.
Officials say the sinkhole is 6 by 8 feet wide and 4 to 5 feet deep.
Crews are working to repair the road and the northbound lane in that area will remain closed for the time being.
