UPDATE: Brother and sister indicted on murder charge after man found dead inside home

GALLIA COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A brother and sister have been indicted with the murder of a man in Gallia County.

James Drummond, 36, and Izail Drummond, 38, both of Gallipolis were indicted with murder by the Gallia County Grand Jury.

Gallia County Prosecuting Attorney James Holdren tells WSAZ the charges come in connection with the death of Robert Thivener.

Thivener was found dead in July at his home on East Bethel Church Road.

James was also indicted on two counts of murder and one count each of aggravated robbery and tampering with evidence.

Izail was also indicted on aggravated robbery and tampering with evidence charges.

No word on when they will appear in court.

GALLIA COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) -- The Gallia County Sheriff's Office has released the name of the victim involved in a suspicious death investigation.

According to the release, Robert Thivener, 68, was found dead at his home on East Bethel Church Road on July 30.

James Allen "Jamie" Drummond Jr. was apprehended Monday as a person of interest in the investigation.

No other details have been released.

GALLIA COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) -- The Gallia County Sheriff's Office has apprehended a person of interest in a suspicious death investigation.

Deputies have located James Allen "Jamie" Drummond Jr.

Deputies responded to a home Sunday night on East Bethel Church Road and found one person dead.

GALLIA COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) -- The Gallia County Sheriff's Office says they are investigating a suspicious death.

According to a release, deputies responded to a home Sunday night on East Bethel Church Road regarding a suspicious death.

Deputies responded to the scene and found one person dead.

Investigators remained at the the scene throughout the night and into Monday.

BCI has been called in to assist in the investigation.
