UPDATE: Names of victims in deadly crash released

KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- UPDATE 9/4/18 @ 8:35 a.m.
The names of two people killed in a crash in Kanawha County have been released.

The crash happened Sunday afternoon along Route 60 between Riverside and Hugheston.

West Virginia State Police say Roger and Lea Dorton were killed in the crash. Both are from Montgomery.

A car was traveling west when it crossed the median and hit another car head-on. A third car in the eastbound lane was also hit.

A third person involved in the crash is in critical condition.

The other people involved were not seriously injured.

Two people were killed and several others were injured in a head-on collision in eastern Kanawha County Sunday afternoon, according to WVSP.

The crash happened on Route 60 between Riverside and Hugheston.

Troopers say a car was traveling west when it crossed the median and hit another car head-on. A third car in the eastbound lane was also hit.

The names of the victims have not been released.
