Two men arrested after deputies interrupt heroin deal

Two men are facing drug charges after deputies interrupted a heroin deal.
Charles Marcum, 43, and Joshua Andrews, 30, are facing multiple charges.
According to a release, the Wayne County Sheriff's Drug Enforcement Unit arrested the men, who are from Kentucky, after they met with a buyer in Prichard.
The unit watched a hand to hand heroin deal and interrupted it.
Deputies say both heroin and cash were found.
Marcum is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy.
Andrews is charged with aiding and abetting delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy.
Both Marcum and Andrews were placed in Western Regional Jail.
