UPDATE 11/24/17 @ 4 p.m.

Traffic is moving again in one lane of Interstate 64 West after a pickup truck caught fire Friday afternoon.

It happened around 3 p.m. between the Milton and Huntington Mall exits.

The driver said he was headed to a local hardware store to return some items when he noticed smoke coming from the hood. He said he pulled over, and the truck was engulfed in flames by the time he called 911.

That man wasn't hurt, and no other vehicles were involved. The pickup truck and its contents were destroyed, though.

The incident happened between the 22- and 23-mile markers.
