WSAZ to release new West Virginia senate poll today

WSAZ will release a new poll Monday on the heated race for the U.S. Senate seat in West Virginia between incumbent Democrat Joe Manchin and Republican Patrick Morrisey.
An earliler WSAZ poll released on Oct. 1 showed Manchin with an eight-point lead. However, there's been a significant change in the race in the last three weeks, according to the new poll conducted by Strategic Research Associates, LLC, based in Austin, Texas.
The poll also contains new approval ratings among West Virginians for President Donald Trump and Governor Jim Justice, as well as which issues the state's voters believe are the most important.
WSAZ will release the poll at 5 p.m.
