CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) -- West Virginia entrepreneurs who want to open a new business have a new online tool to help.

The state secretary of state's office says it has launched its Business Startup Wizard to make business and licensing registration as easy as possible.

Secretary of State Mac Warner says the tool is one of several that have been implemented to assist those who want to do business in the state.

Warner's office says that the Business Startup Wizard prompts the user to answer a series of questions and generates a detailed report with guidance and other information.
