Woman still missing from Scioto County one year later

SCIOTO COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) -- It's been one year since Kayla Eitel was reported missing from a Sciotoville home.

Her family has not heard from her since, and they have no answers in what led to her disappearance.

She was reported missing Jan. 4, 2016.

"It's been a year tomorrow and still no Kayla, there's no way," her mom Kelly Conley told WSAZ.

Kayla left behind a 7-year-old daughter, Shaylyn.

"If Kayla was OK, she'd be home by now," Conley said. "She's not going to leave her baby like that. She's not."

The Scioto County Sheriff's Office is still actively investigating Kayla's disappearance.

Kayla, now 26, is 4 feet 11 and weighs 110 pounds. She has blonde hair and hazel eyes.

Anyone with information about Kayla is asked to call the Scioto County Sheriff's Office at (740) 354-7566.
