CINCINNATI, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A youth baseball player from our area got the thrill of his young life Wednesday night.

Cade Johnson, a 9-year-old who plays youth baseball for Barboursville, threw out the first pitch of the Reds-Brewers game at Great American Ballpark.

Cade threw the pitch to his father Evan in front of thousands of Reds fans.

The throw was just a bit outside, but it crossed the plate with plenty of speed.

Congrats Cade!

Maybe the next time he throws a pitch in a Major League Baseball stadium he will be in the show.
