COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Multiple media outlets report Ohio State football coach Urban Meyer will resign following the Rose Bowl, and offensive coordinator Ryan Day will be named head coach.
A press conference is scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday in Columbus.
Day coached the Buckeyes through Meyer's three game suspension to begin the 2018 season.
Ohio State is 12-1 and set to play Washington in the Rose Bowl on Jan. 1. The Buckeyes finished No. 6 in the College Football Playoff Rankings.
