Volunteer West Virginia’s mission is simple: To promote volunteerism and service across the state. We help West Virginians to Be Kind, #VolunteerWV!
We also oversee West Virginia's best kept secret: AmeriCorps.
Likened to the domestic Peace Corps, AmeriCorps members serve throughout the state at nonprofits, schools, public agencies, and community organizations. In exchange, they receive career experience, a living allowance, money for school - and much more!
