Truck Overturns on Route 35 near Buffalo Bridge

PUTNAM COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Route 35 and the Buffalo Bridge are open to traffic after a semi overturned early Thursday morning.

The crash happened about 7:45 a.m. on Route 35 near the Buffalo Bridge.

As of 11:30 a.m., crews were still working to clear the road.

Emergency crews tell WSAZ the driver of the semi was coming down the hill when the driver lost control, causing the truck to overturn.

The semi was carrying plywood. During the crash, the plywood scattered all over the road.

The driver was not hurt in the crash.

The crash happened about 7:45 a.m. on Route 35 near the Buffalo Bridge.

Emergency crews tell WSAZ the driver of the semi was coming down the hill when the driver lost control, causing the truck to overturn.

The semi was carrying plywood. Right now, the plywood is all over the road.

Route 35 remains open, but the Buffalo Bridge is closed.

The driver was not hurt in the crash.

PUTNAM COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Emergency crews are on the scene of a tractor trailer that is on its side.

The crash happened about 7:45 a.m. on Route 35 near the Buffalo Bridge.

The truck has lost its load all over the road.

Route 35 is open to traffic, but the Buffalo Bridge is closed.

No word if anyone was hurt.
